What You Will Do Responsibilities may include working on tasks related to commercial engines, military engines or both depending on business need. May be required to obtain a security clearance. Create and approve jet engine assembly procedures per engineering requirements and Engine Development Plans Support the Development Assembly Floor through ownership of assembly instructions and troubleshooting of issues in coordination with Operations and Engineering disciplines Develop, implement, and validate robust new processes to ensure production readiness Grow technical proficiency in areas including engine hardware, assembly methods, and assembly equipment Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve safety and efficiency in assembly activities Travel up to 10% of the time.
