Work Location: Oakville Facility, Ontario – Canada Shift Hours – Weekday Afternoon – Monday - Thursday (4:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.) What You Will Do Part loading, fixturing and unloading. Masking, sanding, cleaning and after paint demasking, cleaning, final paint touch-ups and ink stamping. Mix and apply sealant to bushings on detail components, flight controls, etc Perform work from set-up sheets, manufacturing sheets and drawings. Document actions in support of quality logs, communicate all discrepancies to supervision and create Product Defect Sheets (PDS) as required. Support and promote continuous improvement, 5S activities and Standard Work Development in the cell. Participation in cross-functional training in related processes as required. Multi-task in the cell and perform other duties as assigned including TPM and machine checklist Qualifications We Require Typically requires High School Diploma and a minimum 2-years working in a manufacturing industry. Experience in material handling and/or crane/hoist operations. The selected candidate must be eligible to work in Canada; successful candidate must meet all requirements under ITAR and CCGP Qualifications We Prefer Must be able to lift and manipulate up to 35 lbs. on a regular basis. Sealant and/ or painting experience.
