Description du poste En lien avec le Directeur Commercial de Sofrel, vous êtes orchestrez la relation avec nos deux principaux clients. Votre rôle couvre à la fois le pilotage stratégique et la gestion opérationnelle des comptes : Animer la relation avec les directions achats et techniques de Veolia et Suez, en France, Piloter les contrats-cadres : conditions commerciales, reporting, calcul de BFA, revues de performance, Préparer et conduire les négociations annuelles, dans une logique de partenariat et de création de valeur, Identifier les besoins à venir et remonter les informations stratégiques pour alimenter la roadmap produits, Coordonner les équipes internes (marketing, R&D, parcours client, commerciaux terrain) pour garantir une réponse homogène et performante aux attentes clients, Stimuler le développement des ventes sur les gammes à forte valeur ajoutée, tout en maintenant nos parts de marché face à la concurrence. Participer aux salons et événements clients, et représenter Sofrel dans les réseaux professionnels du secteur de l’eau. Qualifications Le profil que nous recherchons dispose des expériences et compétences suivantes : Expérience confirmée en gestion de grands comptes dans le secteur de l’eau ou dans des environnements proches (automatisme, supervision industrielle, télécoms, capteurs, instrumentation), Solides compétences en négociation, capable de gérer des contrats-cadres tout en construisant des relations de confiance durables, Un intérêt marqué pour les environnements techniques : eau potable, assainissement, cybersécurité, télécommunications, IoT… Capacité à anticiper les besoins clients et à les aligner avec la stratégie produit, Esprit d’équipe, sens du collectif et aptitude à mobiliser des interlocuteurs variés, Excellentes qualités relationnelles : écoute, empathie, rigueur et posture professionnelle pour représenter Sofrel auprès d’interlocuteurs de haut niveau. Anglais lu et écrit (contrats en anglais). Une connaissance du monde du SaaS, de la digitalisation des services ou des télécoms serait un plus.
