Job Description The Technical Project Manager role at CapTech is multi-faceted by the very nature of the services we provide to our clients. Specific responsibilities for the Technical Project Manager position may include, but are not limited to: Serve as a delivery lead for cross-functional team(s), bringing together the business, the delivery team, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful business outcomes and ensure successful project delivery. Sharing and implementing best practices from different development methodologies (ex: Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid models) as needed by project. Perform hands-on delivery work, including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management, as needed by the project.
