Your tasks as a personnel administrator (m/f/d)

  • Creation and maintenance of employee files and personnel master data
  • Contract creation, processing of new hires and departures, time tracking, vacation and absence management
  • Preparation of payroll accounting in cooperation with the accounting department.
  • Contact person (m/f/d) for employees and customers regarding personnel-related issues, as well as communication with our employees and applicants
  • Support in applicant management and administrative HR processes

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training – ideally with additional qualifications in human resources
  • Experience in the personnel services industry
