Licensed Mental Health Counselor Position Details Location: Indiana Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Job Summary We are looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide online therapy services to clients throughout Indiana. This role is centered on direct client care, including intake assessments, ongoing therapy, treatment planning, progress review, and clear clinical documentation. In a typical day, you may meet with clients who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, low, grieving, adjusting to change, or working through past experiences. Your role is to help clients understand what they are facing, build healthier coping strategies, and continue making progress between sessions. The work is steady, professional, and focused on helping people receive accessible mental health care from wherever they are.
