Could you turn integrated B2B marketing campaigns, ABM and digital demand generation into measurable new business pipeline?

We have been mandated by our client, an established £15m turnover data intelligence and technology business employing around 150 people, to recruit a hands-on B2B Marketing Manager. Reporting directly to the CMO, you will join a growing commercial operation providing data-led solutions to major consumer-facing organisations across regulated and complex markets. This appointment forms part of a wider investment in growth, strengthening marketing's contribution to new client acquisition, net new business and the sales pipeline.

This is a broad delivery-focused role where you will own integrated B2B campaigns across email, digital, social, content, SEO/SEM, webinars, roundtables and industry events, alongside developing Sagacity's ABM approach for strategic target accounts.

Working closely with sales, you will translate commercial priorities into campaigns, lead nurture programmes, HubSpot workflows and compelling sales enablement content that generates engagement and creates qualified opportunities. Your audience will include senior stakeholders within financial services, utilities, energy, telecoms, retail and other consumer-facing organisations where data intelligence can improve customer engagement, operational performance and revenue.

Success will be measured through campaign performance, increased market visibility, stronger engagement with target accounts and, critically, marketing's contribution to pipeline and new client acquisition.

We are looking for a commercially minded B2B marketer who enjoys being hands-on and wants the autonomy to influence how marketing is delivered, rather than simply managing agencies or one specialist channel. Previous marketing experience within data services, software, technology platforms, utilities or telecoms is essential, together with evidence of delivering multi-channel campaigns, and experience of HubSpot, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, events, webinars or ABM will be highly relevant.

You should be comfortable creating content and collateral yourself, with Adobe Creative Suite and particularly InDesign valuable, while also being able to analyse campaign performance and make data-led recommendations. This could particularly suit an ambitious Senior Marketing Executive or established Marketing Manager who has demonstrated they can execute successfully and is now looking for broader ownership, greater commercial exposure and a direct relationship with senior leadership.

The package offers a £50,000 to £60,000 basic salary plus discretionary bonus and benefits including 25 days' holiday increasing with service, enhanced pension, Health Shield, Perkbox, holiday buy/sell and cycle-to-work schemes.
