Description:
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Office Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for a full suite of administration duties. You will be highly proficient in the use of Excel and Word to discharge the full duties of your role.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for customers over the phone
- Completion of all administration duties to support the functioning of the business, including the development and completion of quotations in line with customer requirements, tracking and logging of quotations and the preparation and editing of documents as required
- Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, updating of staff records as required and accurate data entry and maintenance of databases
- Manage filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
