Lead a room and manage a team to deliver high-quality early years education for children from birth to five years old. Plan and implement daily activities that engage and support children’s development, building strong relationships with colleagues, management, and families. Creative freedom is encouraged within the teaching model, including hands-on learning, outdoor play, cooking, science experiments, and local trips.
