You will work closely with our Registered Nurses and the wider care team to ensure that our residents receive high-quality, relationship-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment.

In this role, you will:

• Assist in delivering personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support, while always treating residents with respect and dignity.
• Safely assist in the administration of medication under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Monitor residents’ health, including taking vital signs, and promptly report any changes in their condition.
• Contribute to the development and updating of residents’ care plans to ensure personal-centred care is delivered.
• Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and their families, building meaningful connections.
