Some of the following may apply (depending on the intern's ability): Help desk support: Triage incoming tickets (email/chat/phone), log issues, assign priority. Basic troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic network/software issues Documentation: Create and update knowledge-base articles, runbooks, and user guides. Testing & QA: Validate fixes, reproduce bugs, and assist with software/hardware test cases. Customer communication: Provide clear status updates, follow-ups, and basic training to end users. Security basics: Follow security policies, report suspicious activity, and assist with endpoint scans under guidance.
