Exciting opportunity for a Payroll Officer to join a well-known not-for-profit organisation based in Abbotsford

In this role you will be part of a team, responsible for the end-to-end processing of over 700 employees. You will need to be accurate and have excellent communication skills when speaking with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE:

  • End to end processing of payroll in accordance to the companies policies and procedures (fortnightly)
  • Onboarding new starters
  • Processing termination requests
  • End of month reporting
  • Dealing with Payroll queries

The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar role, as well as excellent communication skills. The following attributes are also highly advantageous:

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
