Ensure constructability of designs in active building environments, minimizing disruptions to ongoing operations. Provide engineering consultation to Operations, Maintenance, and Manufacturing teams, and proactively communicate issues that may impact Fab performance, tool availability, or production throughput. Follow all safety and environmental protocols—including PPE, CoHe (lockout/tagout), and chemical safety—and actively participate in EHS program. Shape strategic decisions, analyze systems data for performance and cost improvements, and offer timely mentorship and problem resolution. Coordinate with Procurement and stakeholders on new system purchases, prepare project scopes, lead I&C meetings, and ensure facility compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Provide engineering support to ensure compliance and safety, lead R&D on emerging facilities technologies, analyze systems data for performance and cost optimization, and mentor teams to resolve critical technical issues.
