• Assist with discovery processes, including document review and preparation.
• Provide support in civil litigation cases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of legal documentation.
• Collaborate with attorneys to prepare for trial, including organizing exhibits and other materials.
• Manage and maintain case files using case management software.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and development.
• Draft and review legal documents, such as motions and pleadings.
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth handling of litigation matters.
• Monitor case progress and deadlines to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Facilitate communication between legal teams and other stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of litigation strategies under attorney supervision.
• Proven experience as a paralegal, with a focus on discovery and civil litigation.
• Familiarity with trial preparation processes and related legal tasks.
• Proficiency in using case management software to organize and track case files.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal documentation.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to conduct detailed legal research and provide concise summaries.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with attorneys and stakeholders.
