We are looking for a dedicated Help Desk Analyst to join our team in Kitchener, Ontario. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support, ensuring smooth operations and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of IT systems, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Must have own vehicle, with a valid drivers license.

• Respond to and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Provide support for Microsoft Windows 10 and the Office suite, ensuring optimal system performance.
• Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop hardware issues to maintain functionality.
• Utilize IT ticketing systems to track, prioritize, and manage service requests.
• Troubleshoot network-related problems, including device connectivity and communication issues.
• Collaborate with team members to implement solutions and support IT processes.
• Maintain and support Active Directory, printers, and other network architecture components.
• Apply Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, to manage tasks and improve efficiency.
• Offer guidance and support for Mac computers and other devices as needed.
• Conduct regular system checks to ensure a secure and optimized IT environment.
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in an IT support or help desk role.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing computer hardware, including desktops and laptops.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365, and IT ticketing systems.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, network architecture, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective user support.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, is an asset.
• Understanding of Mac computers and their integration within IT systems.
