We are looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This Contract role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to financial operations within the Concessions Department, focusing on payments and reconciliations.
This role is 100% onsite in OKC!

• Prepare monthly journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Perform comprehensive account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Generate financial statements and reports to support organizational goals.
• Assist in annual airport audits by compiling and organizing necessary documentation.
• Investigate invoice aging for airport payments through detailed reconciliation processes.
• Collaborate with airports to resolve overpayments and apply credits effectively.
• Support external audits by providing required financial data and insights.
• Work closely with the team to maintain compliance with financial standards and practices.
• Proficiency in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Experience with bank reconciliations and general ledger management.
• Ability to prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close activities.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, QuickBooks, or SAP.
• Strong understanding of financial principles and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with external stakeholders and internal teams.
