As our product demand expands globally, we are looking for a talented Web Designer to join our creative team. — Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and creative Web Designer to conceptualise and produce visually appealing and user-centric website designs. You will collaborate with our development and marketing teams to deliver modern, responsive, and brand-aligned digital experiences. — Key Responsibilities: Design engaging, responsive, and user-focused website layouts and interfaces Collaborate with UI/UX specialists and developers to translate concepts into functional websites Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets Conduct user research, usability testing, and user journey mapping Use design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools Optimise web designs for performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness Work with front-end developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and best practices — Essential Criteria (as per Australian Government ANZSCO 232414): Qualification: At least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g. Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or similar) OR at least five years of relevant professional experience in lieu of formal qualification Combination of relevant education and experience will also be considered Work Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Web Designer or similar role Strong portfolio demonstrating professional website design and responsive digital interfaces Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and design systems Knowledge of front-end frameworks and CMS (e.g. WordPress, Shopify, Webflow) Familiarity with user-centered design (UCD) principles and accessibility standards (WCAG) Soft Skills: Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment and communicate ideas clearly Problem-solving mindset and openness to feedback — Desirable: Experience working with SaaS products or eCommerce platforms Understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and basic analytics Experience with motion graphics or micro-interaction design (e.g., After Effects, Lottie) — Benefits: Collaborative and creative studio environment Career development opportunities and mentoring Hybrid working options Work on high-impact global digital projects — To Apply: Submit your resume, a cover letter, and a link to your portfolio demonstrating your web design capabilities.
