SAIC is seeking an AI Training Program Coordinator located at Camp Smith in Hawaii to support USINDOPACOM in designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered solutions and provide training and mentorship to staff members on AI tools and technologies, ensuring effective adoption and utilization. JOB DESCRIPTION: Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions to address organizational challenges and improve operational efficiency. Provide training and mentorship to staff members on AI tools and technologies, ensuring effective adoption and utilization. Leverage AI platforms such as Claude, Gemini, CoPilot, and Palantir to deliver actionable insights and enhance decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and optimization. Stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Develop and deliver presentations, reports, and training materials to communicate AI strategies and outcomes effectively. Develop and maintain a staff AI Training Plan to ensure effective training is provided as new AI-powered technologies come online. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and ten (10)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience accepted in lieu of degree. Proven experience with AI-powered tools and platforms, including Claude, Gemini, CoPilot, and Palantir products. Strong background in training and educating teams on AI technologies and their applications. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering practical AI solutions. DESIRED SKILLSET: Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a relevant field. Experience working in a government or defense environment. Combatant Command or Four-Star Service component would be ideal. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Knowledge of data security and ethical considerations in AI applications.
