An exciting opportunity has become available for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join a growing and highly regarded organisation, supporting its sales and commercial function.

Working closely with the Sales Director and Regional Sales Managers, this is a varied role sitting at the centre of the sales team. You’ll provide support across CRM management, bids and tenders, quotations, renewals, reporting, sales collateral and broader commercial activities.

This would suit someone who is highly organised, commercially minded and enjoys being the person who keeps things moving behind the scenes. You may already have experience in sales operations or sales administration or be looking to take the next step into a broader commercial role.

The Role

• Supporting the Sales Director and wider sales team with day-to-day sales operations;
• Maintaining CRM data, pipeline information and reporting;
• Coordinating quotations, pricing requests and commercial documentation;
• Managing renewal schedules, quotations and associated communications;
• Supporting bids, tenders and procurement submissions;
• Coordinating panel submissions, renewals and compliance requirements;
• Maintaining sales collateral, presentations, capability statements and case studies;
• Producing pipeline, sales and renewal reporting;
• Supporting forecasting, business planning and governance activities;
• Assisting with events, procurement, contracts and special projects as required; and
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes through automation, AI and digital tools.

About You

• Strong organisational and administrative skills;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Confident written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong Microsoft 365 and general systems capability;
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities;
• Experience within sales operations, sales administration or commercial support;
• Exposure to CRM systems and reporting tools;
• Experience supporting bids, tenders or proposals would be highly regarded; and
• An interest in AI, automation and using technology to improve processes.

Most importantly, you’ll have a proactive attitude and enjoy working as part of a collaborative sales team where you can take ownership and continuously improve the way things are done.
