The Executive Manager, Technology Products is a new position responsible for working closely with stakeholders to develop a product vision and roadmap. About the role Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the Executive Manager, Technology Products is a senior leadership role responsible for leading the Technology Product function within the Technology group and shaping how technology products are planned, designed, delivered and continuously improved across RACQ. Key responsibilities Lead and mature the Technology Products function, including planning, prioritising, resourcing and delivering products and features for nominated internal customer groups. Own and shape product vision and delivery roadmaps in partnership with business sponsors, ensuring alignment with RACQ’s short- and long-term technology strategy, standards and architectures. Oversee end-to-end product delivery activities, including business analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, change management and first-level product support. Build a high-performance, values-led culture that champions authentic leadership, employee engagement, accountability and continuous improvement across Technology. Establish and manage performance metrics (internally and with service partners) to drive delivery excellence, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction and measurable business outcomes.
