RACQ is seeking experienced Windscreen Fitters to join our high-performing team across multiple locations in Southeast Queensland. About the role As a Windscreen Fitter at RACQ, you’ll deliver expert mobile windscreen and auto glass replacement services to our members and customers. You’ll work across a wide range of vehicle makes and models, ensuring all repairs meet manufacturer specifications and safety standards. This is a hands-on, autonomous role where your technical expertise and attention to detail will shine. Annual Salary: Starting from $81,120 per annum, negotiable based on experience + superannuation. Current Vacancies in: North Brisbane (Lawnton, Eagle Farm, Geebung) South Brisbane (Eight Mile Plains, Slacks Creek) Toowoomba Sunshine Coast (Caloundra, Caboolture, Maroochydore) Bundamba Gold Coast About you Proven experience in windscreen fitting, automotive glazing, or a related trade Strong understanding of vehicle structures and safety protocols Ability to work independently and manage a mobile service schedule Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship A customer-first mindset and strong communication skills Hold current C Class Drivers Licence Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment, drug and alcohol screening, and a criminal record check.
