Position: Head of Sales &* Branch Manager – Perth*
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead our Perth branch as Head of Sales and Branch Manager. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in air conditioning sales, particularly with good working relationships with contractors, retailers and electrical wholesalers across Western Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily Sales branch functions with a focus on sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure timely processing of orders and efficient delivery or collection services
  • Maintain high levels of customer engagement and service excellence
  • Prepare quotations, visit clients, and manage order planning
  • Identify and onboard new contractors while nurturing existing relationships
  • Actively pursue and convert online leads to grow our contractor base

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in air conditioning sales, preferably within the contractor, retail and electrical market
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A proactive approach to customer service and business development
