About Us

Promo Brands is a Melbourne-based supplier of promotional products, printing and branded merchandise. We decorate and manufacture in-house for businesses across Australia, from branded tech and drinkware to custom merch kits and large-volume orders.

We’re growing quickly and have big plans for the next five years. We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who cares about how our brand looks, reads and performs everywhere a customer sees it.

About the Role

You’ll run our marketing day to day: campaigns, content, photo shoots and our website. You’ll work closely with our sales, customer service and production teams, and you’ll have real input into how Promo Brands presents itself to the market.

This suits a marketing graduate or early-career marketer who wants hands-on experience across the full mix and the chance to grow with the business.

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Noble Park North site, working alongside the team and close to the products and production floor.

What You’ll Do

• Plan and roll out campaigns across EDMs, social media and digital channels
• Maintain the quality of our website: keep product pages, images and copy accurate, current and on brand, and flag anything broken or out of date
• Manage product and lifestyle photo shoots from start to finish, including briefing, scheduling, styling, shooting and editing final images
• Write clear, engaging content for the website, blogs, social and customer communications
• Support new product launches and build the story behind each range
• Help deliver our annual B2B marketing calendar so customers have campaigns and products in time to pitch, order and receive
• Keep a close eye on emerging trends in promotional products, design and marketing, and bring ideas to the team
• Monitor competitors and suggest ways we can do better
• Track campaign results and use the data to improve what we do next
• Work with sales and creative teams on catalogues, flyers and other marketing collateral
• Keep our branding consistent across every channel

About You

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business, or relevant early-career experience
• A keen eye for emerging trends and a genuine interest in branding, design and products
• High attention to detail, especially with copy, images and web content
• Confident organising photo shoots and working with photographers, products and props
• Strong written and visual communication skills
• Able to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and priorities
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
• Competent with AI tools for research, drafting and content, while relying on your own judgement, creativity and writing to produce the final work
• Experience with a website CMS (Shopify, WordPress or similar) is a plus
• Strong time management and planning skills, with the ability to schedule work ahead and manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and priorities at once
