Job Description The Marketing Manager plays a significant role in driving sales growth and achieving student recruitment targets in their region on behalf of La Trobe College Australia - working closely with colleagues based in college, partner university and across the Navitas network. This position will be responsible for on the ground sales activities relating to domestic student recruitment, including, but not limited to school visits, lead generation events, campaign management, student conversion and solving specific student or parent queries. Operationalize student recruitment plans in the relevant country/territory in collaboration with college based and in-market teams – focus on domestic (Australian) student recruitment Attend events on behalf of the college Participate in all sales activities including, but not limited to, training, events, student conversion, information sessions and managing enquiries/agent requests Represent the college at major domestic events including Open Day and other on campus and off campus events Deliver market insight and accurate sales forecasts through regular and detailed reports to the Director of Marketing and Admissions Handle student enquiries and manage leads.
