This is an opportunity to apply your analytical expertise to strengthen governance, enhance risk management, and support evidence‑based decision‑making across a diverse, state‑wide organisation.   You’ll play a key part in shaping high‑quality WHS reporting frameworks, improving the accuracy and consistency of safety data, and advising senior leaders on emerging trends, regulatory requirements and organisational risks. You will: Lead WHS compliance and reporting activities, ensuring legislative alignment, robust governance, and clear, high‑quality analysis that informs organisational oversight. Translate complex WHS, workers compensation and health data into meaningful insights that highlight trends, emerging risks and opportunities for prevention. Support regulatory engagement, providing specialist advice on SafeWork NSW inspections, audits, investigations and compliance activities. Partner with managers and site leaders to ensure risks are identified, monitored and resolved through consistent reporting and proactive WHS practices.
