About the Role We are seeking a strategic, commercially driven Director of Sales to lead our Enterprise and Mid-Market sales team and serve as the senior Attentive leader on the ground in Australia. This role goes well beyond traditional sales management. While your direct reports will be the sales team, you will be expected to operate as the de facto regional leader for Attentive in Australia, taking ownership of the region’s performance, reputation and growth trajectory as the General Manager. Australia is home to several cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Customer Support, Implementation and Sales Development, each with line management based in the UK or US. You will work closely with these teams in a matrix capacity, influencing priorities, driving alignment and ensuring the Australian market receives a cohesive, joined-up experience across all functions. You will be the connective tissue between these teams locally and their respective leaders globally whilst reporting directly to the VP & GM for International who is based in the UK. The ideal candidate combines a strong sales leadership track record with the commercial maturity and cross-functional instincts of a regional leader. You will play a key role in transitioning the region to a multi-product platform strategy while building a high-performing, accountable culture across the Australian operation.
