Job Description Joining us as our Work Health and Safety Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, supportive workplace, providing support to our WHS and Wellbeing Manager while coordinating day-to-day WHS and wellbeing activities across the business. You’ll keep core WHS systems running smoothly and deliver high-quality support across incident and hazard management, risk reporting (including ERM/Protecht), documentation, audit actions and stakeholder communications. Some of your key duties will be to: Monitor and coordinate hazard and incident management, ensuring timely follow-up and escalation where needed Support investigations, corrective actions and maintenance of WHS records and registers Assist with the development, review and communication of WHS policies and procedures Manage the WHS inbox, triaging enquiries and tracking actions through to completion Track audit findings and action items, ensuring accurate reporting and evidence capture Coordinate WHS meetings, including scheduling, agendas, minutes and action tracking Qualifications About you: You will be working in a permanent part-time (3 days per week) capacity, with a hybrid working model (60% office / 40% remote).
