As a Sales Support Representative (SSR) you will provide timely and accurate customer service and sales support to TFM customers to deliver upon their day-to-day requirements or queries. This is a 12-Month, fixed-term opportunity based in Grosvenor Place, NSW How you'll make an impact Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive lease and finance quotes, contracts, and variations in line with customer and sales team requests. Manage sales support operations end-to-end, including customer tender pricing, marketing material, client proposals, and customer reviews. Generate and maintain customer-specific reports, invoicing, and administrative documentation. Track vehicles nearing lease termination, liaise with customers regarding next steps, and ensure actions are recorded in internal systems.
