* 3-month Fixed Term Contract– great for experienced professionals seeking a short-term, high-impact role  * Refresh liability claim handling training materials  * Support the capability uplift of several liability claim handlers through coaching and practical training support  * Make an immediate difference across an evolving TPA claims team    About the Opportunity  This is a key technical coaching role focused on uplifting capability across our Third-Party Administrator (TPA) Liability team, with a particular emphasis on foundational personal injury liability principes and effective claims management practices.  The role will be responsible for reviewing, enhancing, and embedding Crawford’s liability training materials, as well as delivering hands-on coaching to a cohort of claims handlers across the team.   You will act as a technical leader/coach within the team, supporting claims handlers to build confidence and competence in policy interpretation, liability decision-making and claims management fundamentals.
