What we’re looking for Experience in a similar administrative or sales support role, ideally within aged care, healthcare, or a compliance-heavy industry. Strong CRM skills, preferably with Salesforce. High-level proficiency in data management, compliance, and audit processes. Confidence using Excel and Google Sheets for reporting and tracking. The role Manage Salesforce data entry, ensuring accuracy across customer records, quotes, and service contracts. Coordinate and maintain the end-to-end sales support process for new customers. Assist in funding applications, quality audits, and compliance checks for HCP, CHSP & Private services. Support internal teams with reporting, training, and CRM updates.
