Conduct discovery meetings, technical workshops, and site assessments to gather detailed infrastructure requirements. Translate business needs into technical solutions aligned with company offerings. Clearly articulate the business value and ROI of proposed solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, RFP/RFI responses, and pricing estimates in collaboration with sales and engineering teams. Review tender documents and ensure all technical specifications and compliance requirements are met. Work closely with sales teams to support business development and revenue growth. Liaise with vendors, distributors, and internal delivery teams to ensure feasibility, compatibility, and support for proposed solutions. Stay updated on emerging networking technologies, products, and industry trends (e.g., SD-WAN, network automation, cybersecurity, hybrid cloud). Provide feedback from the field to product and marketing teams for improving offerings and go-to-market strategies. Strong interest in network infrastructure technologies (e.g., routing, switching, wireless, security). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
