It will support existing partners and customers as well as qualified suitable new partners (OEM, Distributor and SI etc.) to drive sales growth.    Key Responsibilities: * Manage and lead the Channel partners, to provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of GTM strategies * A proficient understanding of sales strategy in Tridium and Technology of Niagara FW * Develop new business opportunities by leveraging internal & external partners, prioritize opportunities, execute and convert it into real business * Ability to brief and provide training to the customers in the region * Lead Marketing Communication activities in Pacific, including product launch, road show, forum and customer event etc.  * Promote Tridium and Tridium’s technology into targeted industry and verticals * Be an expert with respect to the region, including focused market/Industry, products, technology and competitive landscape etc.   Key Experience & Capabilities: * Bachelor's degree or above with strong technical background in field, such as computer or software, Automation Control or HVAC equipment etc. * 8 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or Technical Support functions  * 8 years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC equipment management, Automation Controls in Commercial or Industrial market etc * A proficient understanding of software architecture concepts.
