This role blends deep technical expertise with consultative selling and partner‑enablement skills, operating in a fast‑paced, “startup‑mindset” environment. Your Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement Lead discovery sessions to map customer needs, policies, and multi‑cloud strategies to Morpheus Enterprise capabilities. Deliver technical presentations, live demos, and architecture reviews that highlight automation, cost‑saving, and self-service benefits. Presales & Business Development Partner with HPE sales, account executives, and product managers to position Morpheus Enterprise in winning deals. Develop solution‑level proposals, ROI/business‑case models, and answer RFP/RFI questions. Provide feedback from the field to product teams to shape roadmap and improve enablement content. Work closely with the Morpheus sales specialist to qualify leads and ensure a strong pipeline of potential customers. Technical Thought Leadership Collaborate and provide feedback on best‑practices, playbooks, and success‑story collateral. Contribute to internal “field readiness” forums and share lessons learned across the customer ecosystem. Stay current on hybrid‑cloud trends, competing platforms, and emerging automation tools. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with HPE presales, engineering, and professional services to ensure seamless solution hand‑off. Participate in cross‑functional projects that enhance training, tooling, and partner programs. Abou You Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field recommended. 4‑8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, virtualization, or hybrid‑cloud automation, preferably in a technical‑selling or enablement role. Preferred hands‑on experience with Morpheus Enterprise (or comparable orchestration platforms) and at least one major hypervisor (VMware ESXi, KVM, Hyper‑V).
