En collaboration avec le/la gestionnaire de rayon, le/la marchandiseur.euse à la présentation visuelle détermine les opportunités commerciales supplémentaires dans le magasin, tout en respectant les directives de la marque H&M. Il/elle exécute les réaménagements de la surface de vente en fonction de ces décisions communes. Connaissances en matière de mode S'assurer d'être au courant des tendances actuelles de la mode. Partager, inspirer et former l'équipe du magasin sur les tendances saisonnières, les campagnes à venir et les normes de la marque. Service direct à la clientèle Veiller à répondre aux attentes de la clientèle en matière de service direct, conformément aux normes de H&M. Assurer la quantité et l'état de tous les accessoires de présentation visuelle et du matériel de marketing reçu, dans un esprit de durabilité. Maintenir l'organisation et la sécurité de la salle des visuels. Maintenir à jour tout le matériel de présentation visuelle du magasin et partager avec toute l'équipe l'information concernant les changements saisonniers.
