As a sales assistant, you will support our sales team both on the floor and through social media. You will be a key contributor to our sales team’s success.
You will help to drive sales by:
· Approach and engage customers in line with shop policy
· Create and participate in social media strategy and digital marketing
· Deal with online sales and website
· Maintain awareness of all sales, promotions and applicable
· Knowledge of store, stock categories, sales targets
· Adherence to cash/card handling procedures
· Ensure the shop is kept clean and tidy at all times
Requirements:
· Behave as a brand ambassador
· Understand how individual productivity impacts the store
· Maintain high energy on the sales floor
· Consistently achieve sales goals
· Able to meet multiple customers’ needs simultaneously
· Consistently anticipate and meet customers’ needs
· Participate as a team member and encourage team to meet and exceed performance standards
· Champion company initiatives and supports management decisions
· Demonstrate professional ethics
Previous sales experience preferred
Job Type: Part-time
