This position supports clients across buildings, infrastructure, and industrial sectors. The successful candidate will have several years’ experience working in environmental noise and/or vibration fields. Key Responsibilities The role includes but is not limited to: Conducting noise/acoustical/ vibration assessments requiring the application of standard and non-standard analysis techniques and procedures Entering, manipulating, and analyzing data in database applications Preparing reports for clients, as well as facility layouts and site plans Engaging in peer review, design review, land use and industrial planning and permitting, construction assessments, noise and vibration monitoring, and more Supporting both attended and unattended field measurement programs Delivering projects on time and on budget, following a defined quality assurance process Advising clients on developing, implementing, and evaluating noise control solutions Taking a client-focused approach, where your technical skills support the success of your clients’ projects Supporting projects both large and small across North America Note that practitioners within the NAV team are purely technical. This role does not involve project management. There is, however, substantial opportunity to build relationships with clients and support the project management team.
