Duties/Responsibilities: · Manage key accounts and foster long-term relationship with clients. · Act as the point of contact for clients. · Resolve problems and handle issues in a timely manner. · Identify new potential customers. · Ensure budget and time requirements are met. · Stay up to date with new features and product launches. Learn new product and services features and benefits. · Establish best practices. · Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve the customer experience. · Create detailed sales business plans · Set and manage sales goals and quotas · Manage the entire sales cycle · Assist in finding prospects and leads.
