JOB OVERVIEW:
Our client, HMOX is seeking an ambitious and commercially-minded Sales & Auction Executive to join our growing HMOX team. This role is central to the acquisition, marketing, and sale of HMO properties nationwide through both private treaty and auction channels. You will be working with a diverse range of landlords and investors, building relationships, brokering deals, and driving transactions from listing through to completion.
In addition to property sales, you will play a key role in promoting our suite of HMOX Services, such as delivering valuation products, portfolio reviews, and health checks that help landlords unlock more value from their assets.
This is a results-driven role ideal for a motivated property professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
