It serves as a key link between Sales, Marketing, and external partners, supervises assigned campaigns, and handles essential administrative tasks to keep marketing activities running efficiently.Your Impact Perform inventory management for delivery channels (Brand Ambassador, Athlete, Influencer, UAT Run Crew team members, and related media). Consolidate MKT campaign callout materials and coordinate ordering, selecting the best delivery process to store locations, plus managing unexpected circumstances in production and delivery processes (both online and offline). Manage and assist Marketing team members with department invoices, document filing, reporting and management, MKT monthly expenses, and balance details for finance reports. Brand/MKT project coordination/leadership in sports performance and activation (by assignment). Support marketing by attending to back-office customer service as a product and market data expert. A hands-on role in a fast-paced environment working very closely with the Sales and Marketing departments. Supervise UA campaigns, i.e., UAT Run Crew team, Virtual Run Project (local and SEA), or other assigned projects. Liaise and work with other functional teams such as PR agencies, landlords, and other internal functions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication Arts, or a related field. 3 years of experience in the sport retail business or customer engagement in a related department. Proficient with numbers, Microsoft Excel, Trasix, AX, Seen Seven, and related programs to support the team with smart and efficient processes.
