In this role, you will manage the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services to support daily operations. Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, quotation evaluation, negotiation, and purchase order issuance Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers based on pricing, quality, and delivery performance Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and optimal value for the company Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to understand purchasing requirements and timelines Monitor order progress and ensure timely delivery of goods and services Resolve supply issues, including delays, quality concerns, and discrepancies Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements Qualifications Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field 3-4 years of experience in procurement or supply chain Strong negotiation and vendor management skills Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team Familiar with ERP systems with strong skills in data analysis and reporting Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Strong knowledge of procurement practices and relevant trade regulations High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage
