This leadership opportunity is ideal for an RN leader who is passionate about operational excellence, regulatory compliance, team development, and delivering compassionate end-of-life care within a stable and growing hospice organization. The Executive Director will provide oversight of all branch operations, including clinical and operational performance, financial management, compliance, admissions oversight, quality improvement initiatives, and strategic growth. This leader will manage a fully staffed interdisciplinary hospice team supporting an average daily census of approximately 120 patients while ensuring exceptional patient and family care.
