Liaising with the Executive Assistant to the Principal to manage incoming and outgoing information from and to internal and external stakeholders. Manage the Office of the Principal 'taskboard' whilst maintaining integrity and confidentiality. Supporting clerical processes including preparation of documents, file organisation and management of data. Oversee the welcome of and service to visitors by establishing and monitoring the processes and interactions of the College’s Main Reception.
