EXPERIENCE

As an apprentice joining ERIKS UK&I, we are not expecting you to have knowledge or experience of working in a similar environment or similar role. We are looking for people who adopt the same values as we do, who we are wanting to learn and develop their skill set, be a team player and take pride in your work and achievements. You will also be joining a leading industrial service provider – you may not know us, but you will certainly know our clients!
If you have a keen interest in all things business, administration and/or sales, this role could be perfect for you! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team, and further your customer service and sales career.
You will also have regular team meetings, explore different parts of the business and learn from industry experts with your fellow apprentices, and build a community to share best practices, experiences and have people to lean on who are going through the same or similar experiences to you.
As well as gaining professional experience, you will also gain personal development and independence.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

5 GCSE’s including English and Maths (Grades 9-4 or A*-C) or equivalent
