To promote and sell all existing services within I&E Division especially related to Upstream Services. To provide technical support to the laboratory as and when required To cross sell any other services related to SGS services To meet/follow up with customer regularly for the submitted quotation To promote and sell in food and environment industries which involve in microbiological testing services. To ensure that all customer enquiries are followed-up and closed successfully with the ultimate goal of achieving monthly sales target/KPI. Receive, cold-calling and follow-up on inbound and outbound calls enquiries To ensure monthly proposal/quotation target is satisfactory achieved or exceeded. To meet and achieve monthly sales target set by the I&E Upstream Lab To prepare, arrange and coordinate related sample collection, customer visits, meeting, training, seminars, and etc. Manage documents control, filing and project deliverables and process signed quotation/proposals. To create awareness campaign and upsell of the new services offered by the business lines by visiting to clients and survey result was collected at the end of the meetings. Other related customer care activities to ensure customer satisfaction services provided and report back to superior for any improvement for to meet operational excellence of the service offered. Adhere to SGS Code of Integrity and client confidentiality agreements.
