This high-impact role is responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing key enterprise accounts, and cultivating long-term client relationships across sectors including Asset Management, Wealth, Insurance, and Pension. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and a proven track record in solution-based sales. What You Will Get To Do: New Business Development: Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across software products, SaaS platforms, and BPO services. Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within large Thailand enterprises. Strategic Relationship Management: Foster long-term partnerships with stakeholders, including COOs, Heads of Operations, Product Teams, and Procurement. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, territory plans, and account management frameworks to meet and exceed revenue targets. RFP/RFI Management: Lead the response process for RFPs and RFIs in collaboration with bid management and solutioning teams. Solution Selling: Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and product teams to design and present customized solutions aligned with client needs. Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain a robust and accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools such as Go-Check and HubSpot.
