The part you will play We’re looking for a highly creative and driven Content Strategist to join our growing content team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping brand storytelling—developing compelling ideas, writing engaging scripts and captions, and spotting trends to keep our content fresh, relevant, and effective. This role demands a passion for words, strong communication skills, and a sharp eye for creative opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Content Strategist, you will: Develop end-to-end short-form video strategies across platforms (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals Conceptualize and write engaging scripts : strong hooks, and storyboards that drive attention, retention, and conversion Translate creative ideas into performance-driven content, ensuring strong eCommerce hooks and clear messaging into platform-native content formats : UGC-style, storytelling, problem-solution & trend adaptation Conduct trendspotting, audience analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify new content opportunities Utilize Excel (including complex formulas) for data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking Create structured reports and presentations for internal teams and clients, including performance summaries and strategic recommendations Analyze content performance (CTR, engagement, conversion) and turn insights into actionable improvements Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, production, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive execution Work closely with clients—present ideas, defend strategies, and provide consultative recommendations Act as a problem solver, proactively identifying gaps and proposing innovative content or strategic solutions Stay up-to-date with platform trends, algorithm changes, and content best practices What we are looking for - the ideal profile Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field At least 1 year of relevant copywriting experience (internships included) Excellent written and verbal communication skills A strong portfolio showcasing storyboarding, social content, or campaign work Strong understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and tone Ability to identify trends and translate insights into actionable content ideas Basic ability to interpret content performance data and apply insights to copywriting Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Passion for pop culture, fashion, lifestyle, and digital storytelling Strong command of Excel, including the ability to create and work with formulas for data analysis and reporting Excellent communication and presentation skills — confident, articulate, and client-facing Nice to Have: Experience writing for TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube shorts Familiarity with basic performance metrics (CTR, engagement rate, etc.) to inform writing.
