Your Role As a Workforce Planning Officer, you will be responsible for making contribution to (i) workforce analysis; (ii) position management; (iii) organizational realignments; and (iv) data management. You will: Workforce analysis. Contributes to the assessment of staffing adequacy for a given work program through the annual workforce analysis, especially in the areas of data collection from various sources, data consolidation, data quality assurance, initial analysis, presentation of the results, and discussions with departmental clients. Position management. Contributes to the evaluation of the various position action requests and proposes recommendations and/or solutions to ensure optimum allocation and reallocation of the staff resources based on the workforce analysis and discussions with departmental clients. Identifies the areas for procedural improvements and proposes solutions. Organizational realignments. Reviews organizational realignment proposals and resulting position actions. Proposes recommendations and/or solutions that ensure the overall organizational consistency. Data management. Ensures that the data are updated, consistent and made available to SWU team. Contributes to the data governance initiatives to ensure the single source of truth and higher efficiency. Management support. Contributes to the preparation of various materials for BPMSD, other departments and Management. Knowledge sharing and coaching. Shares the internally and externally acquired knowledge and experience with the peers and coaches administrative and other staff to help technically grow as a member of SWU team.
