Nous recrutons un(e) Transition Manager pour notre Global Delivery Center, afin de piloter les projets de démarrage de nos prestations et d’assurer une transition fluide entre la signature du contrat et le run opérationnel. Description du poste Rattaché(e) au Teamleader GDC Transition, vous êtes responsable de la phase de transition des services après-vente. Vous organisez, structurez et coordonnez toutes les actions nécessaires à la mise en œuvre des prestations contractuelles. Votre rôle est stratégique : vous posez les fondations de la relation client, veillez à la qualité du démarrage et garantissez une collaboration durable.
