Ideálny kandidát bude mať silné zázemie v navrhovaní receptúr betónu, testovaní ich výkonu v laboratóriu a efektívnej komunikácii so zákazníkmi. Navrhovanie receptúr pre betón: Vyvíjať a optimalizovať betónové zmesi na splnenie špecifických požiadaviek a výkonových kritérií definovaných zákazníkom, alebo projektom. Laboratórne testovanie: Vykonávať komplexné testy na vzorkách betónu pre hodnotenie vlastností, ako sú pevnosť, trvanlivosť a spracovateľnosť, ale aj obsah vzduchu či nasiakavosť. Interakcia so zákazníkmi: Spolupracovať s klientmi na pochopení ich potrieb, poskytovať technickú podporu a ponúkať prispôsobené riešenia.
