Position Summary Zinpro Corporation is seeking a highly skilled, organized and motivated attorney to join our team as Associate Corporate Counsel to provide support on general matters for a global team, including serving as business partner internally and working with outside counsel. This position will report to the General Counsel. Essential Functions * Work with our global team on cross functional matters and offer counsel on applicable legal issues, including related to the following subject areas: intellectual property, human resources, sales, research and development, supply chain, and other business topics. * Negotiate, draft, and review various agreements and contracts on behalf of the company. * Participation in procurement and engagement with outside counsel. * Work closely with and supervise paralegal, as needed. * Provide training to the company on legal topics. * Other duties as assigned based on business need.
