Description du poste Le ou la Chargé de projet Animation des Ventes et Trade Marketing sera en charge de développer et de mettre en œuvre des stratégies efficaces pour stimuler les ventes et accroître la visibilité de la marque Prevost auprès de nos clients distributeurs. A la fois stratégique et opérationnel, ce poste est un levier fondamental pour animer les ventes dans nos différents marchés et nécessite de travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente et marketing. Directement rattaché(e) à la Responsable Marketing Communication et travaillant en étroite collaboration avec le directeur commercial, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes : ANIMATION DES VENTES (60%) Elaborer, planifier et suivre les actions promotionnelles (produits) sur les différents marchés (France et international) sur la base d’analyses de rentabilité Coordonner les services internes autour des plans promotionnels (appros, BI, marketing…) Définir et mettre en œuvre l’exécution des supports de communication (ressources internes et/ ou externes) permettant la promotion de ces actions (docs, flyers, packaging, emailing, vidéo...) Piloter l’animation et le suivi des actions auprès des équipes commerciales (analyse des ventes, relance auprès des équipes commerciales…) Analyser la performance des campagnes promotionnelles et assurer le reporting auprès de la direction commerciale TRADE MARKETING (40%) Définir et développer l'ensemble des outils d'aide à la vente (physiques et digitaux) en fonction des cibles clients et en assurer le cycle de vie Pilotage et mise en œuvre de la stratégie merchandising (packaging produits, suivi des implantations PLV …) Veille promotionnelle Qualifications Formation : Bac+4/5 en trade marketing / commerce/ marketing Première expérience réussie en trade marketing ou commercial, idéalement dans un environnement industriel ou technique B2B Sens du commerce : comprendre les problématiques et accompagner la force de vente Organisation & rigueur : savoir mener plusieurs projets de front Aptitude à travailler de manière autonome et à coordonner des équipes multidisciplinaires.
