Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & High-Volume Recruitment Lead full-cycle recruitment for US-based Sales teams, Operations, Leadership, and specialized roles. Build high-velocity recruitment pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously, balancing quality and speed. Drive aggressive hiring targets, ensuring consistent time-to-fill and conversion metrics. Implement innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill, competitive sales positions. 2. Team Leadership & Performance Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing recruitment team capable of executing high-volume recruitment with precision. Set daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs, track recruiter performance, and enforce accountability. Conduct Performance Improvement Plans for underperformers and foster a culture of speed, ownership, and excellence. 3. Process Optimization & ATS Setup Design, implement, and optimize ATS workflows and dashboards for tracking productivity, pipeline health, and metrics.
