JOB SUMMARY

Galapagos Federal Systems LLC is seeking a motivated and highly qualified individual to join our team as a Web Automation Developer L2. This role presents an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic and mission focused team committed to enhancing space capabilities in support of national defense.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools. The ideal candidate will be skilled in creating custom applications, automating workflows, and developing dashboards that provide meaningful data visualization and analysis. This individual will be responsible for integrating these tools to deliver seamless, user-friendly solutions that optimize business processes and improve operational efficiency across web environments. The selected candidate will support stakeholders within the Space Training and Readiness Command (STARCOM) Personnel (S1) Directorate.
Compensation Minimum: $108,000
Compensation Maximum: $118,000
Job Requirements:

WEB AUTOMATION DEVELOPER L2 SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
• 5+ years of practical experience in Department of Defense (DoD) environments
• Proven expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining custom web applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, tailored to meet specific business and user needs
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze user feedback, and refine solutions for enhanced functionality and usability
• Skilled in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, enabling data-driven decisions through clear visual insights
• Experience implementing automated workflows with Power Automate to increase efficiency by reducing manual processes and improving data integration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet project goals with minimal supervision

AUTOMATION DEVELOPER L2 EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Art (BA), Bachelor of Science (BS)
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of education

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen. The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner, and that may include lifting up to thirty pounds, as necessary.
