Infosys is seeking several Java Full Stack Developers- The position will primarily be responsible interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Hartford, CT/ Raleigh, NC/ Richardson, TX/ Bridgewater, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 2 years of Information Technology experience.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL, Unix shell scripting
• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of CI tools like Git, Maven, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence
• Experience in designing high level and low level documents is a plus
• Hands-on experience in working in any Cloud technology is a plus
• Strong understanding and hands-on programming/scripting experience skills – UNIX shell, Perl, and JavaScript
• Experience in CI / CD exposure
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
