Job Description Job description We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior/Staff Software Engineer to work at the forefront of our cloud modernisation within our Credit & Verification Services. This is a hybrid role requiring travelling to Hyderabad office 40% days per month. Context: This role works in building new products/migrating existing products on to the new Cloud platforms. We leverage AWS service to re-architect the platforms. Our CI/CD pipelines, powered by modern DevOps tooling, ensure smooth and reliable delivery through all stages of our environments. Key Responsibilities: Working as a software developer in an agile team to deliver high-quality software solutions within agreed timelines, ensuring alignment with business requirements and agile principles. Translating business requirements to clean, scalable code ensuring minimal defects. Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to design, develop, test, and release. Collaborate in development processes and practices, a culture of continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous improvement. Follow DevSecOps practices into the development lifecycle to ensure code quality & security while leveraging static code analysis and security scan tools. Provide clear and concise documentation for code, processes, and system architecture to facilitate knowledge sharing and maintainability. Qualifications 10+ years of hands-on experience in building products on Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) Hands-on experience with multiple servies in any Cloud Extensively worked on data pipelines/transformations Experience with migrating existing products on to cloud native systems Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to understand end to end functionality and the impact Working with multiple stakeholders to make sure the migration and testing efforts are well taken care of Familiarity with clean architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns. Experience with any of NOSQL or SQL Databases. Highly Desirable and Useful Skills: Working knowledge of using GEN AI tools for coding. Knowledge with Python/Scala or big data frameworks (e.g. spark). Experience having worked in an agile team using either Scrum or KANBAN. Any certifications relevant to public cloud, AWS Certifications are preferred.
