Job Overview
As a Senior Software Engineer, in the Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) domain, you will be at the forefront of defining and implementing a technical strategy to provide delightful and secure customer authentication and authorization capabilities to applications and services across T-Mobile Digital and Assisted channels. You will work closely with business, product and application teams across T-Mobile to, as well as with key stakeholders in Cybersecurity to understand the needs and opportunities that exist to improve the customer experience and security of T-Mobile customers’ identity and access, in order to lead the implementation of the technology solution. You will partner closely technical teams across IT and Engineering to contribute to technical feasibility, align on solutions, and to lead development teams in the delivery of enhancements to better serve our customers and to meet security and business goals.
