We’re a growing real estate team based in Toronto, Canada, focused on helping clients find rental properties quickly and efficiently. We use proven systems and scripts to make the process fast and seamless for both our clients and our agents.
We’re looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our team and help with online lead generation, client qualification, and basic admin tasks. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Post real estate ads on online platforms (training + templates provided)
  • Respond quickly to new inquiries using pre-written scripts
  • Collect and organize client information into our CRM (training provided)
  • Guide clients through our qualification steps
  • Request and track required documents from clients
  • Keep our database up to date and accurate
  • Provide daily updates on progress and results
