Maintenance Technician Location: Newark, DE & Sussex County, Millsboro, Lewes, DE Position Overview As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and overall maintenance of residential units and common areas in a multi-unit housing facility. This role combines hands-on technical work with property upkeep and customer service, ensuring the property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained for residents.
