POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Als Lead Architect eines unserer größten Infrastruktur und Outsourcing Projekte arbeiten Sie gemeinsam mit unseren IT-Outsourcing-Spezialisten zusammen, um geschäftliche und technische Anforderungen zu bewerten, zu untersuchen, zu analysieren und Technologiestrategien und Roadmaps zu entwickeln, die mit der Zielarchitektur in Einklang stehen.
Sie erstellen umfangreiche Outsourcingkonzepte für Anwendungssysteme sowie Kommunikations- u. Netzwerklösungen für unseren Kunden aus der Luftfahrt und bearbeiten Ausschreibungen/ RfP und unterstützen das Vertriebsteam während des gesamten Angebotsprozesses.

In Ihrer Rolle als Lead Architect übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:

  • Sie haben den Überblick über die IT Landschaft Ihres Kunden. Dabei verstehen Sie die großen Zusammenhänge und können dieses Wissen nutzen um neue Architekturen, auch im Detail, zu gestalten.
  • Sie entwickeln, pflegen und testen Architekturstrategien und technische Roadmaps.
  • Cloud Architekturen wie “Hub-Spoke” sind Ihnen bekannt.
  • Sie stellen sicher, dass Implementierungs- und Rollout-Strategien für Funktionen optimal aufeinander abgestimmt sind, um das Gleichgewicht zwischen Lieferung und Risiko zu gewährleisten.
  • Bei Bedarf leiten Sie das Technology Request-For-Proposal (RFP), welches Architektur, Integration und technische Fähigkeiten von Plattformen von Drittanbietern bewertet und Integrationsoptionen, Architekturentscheidungen sowie Auswirkungen von Alternativen auf das operationelle Risiko ermittelt.
  • Sie geben agilen Projekten Vision und Führung und erleichtern so die Lösung von Architekturentscheidungen.
  • Sie verwalten die gesamte Technologie Currency, den Lebenszyklus und den Zustand des CGI Portfolios, und entwickeln Vorlagen um Investitionsentscheidungen zu treffen.
  • Sie erweitern Ihr Netzwerk und Ihre Beziehungen zu Partnern und Drittanbietern. Dieses Kontaktnetzwerk können Sie nutzen, um die Entscheidungsfindung und Problemlösung anzukurbeln.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

Sie haben einen Studienabschluss im informationstechnischen Bereich oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung mit entsprechenden Schwerpunkt abgeschlossen und mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Rolle als Lead Architekt. Folgendes rundet ihr Profil ab:

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen in der Erstellung komplexer Architekturen mit Schwerpunkt Infrastruktur
  • Erfahrungen mit Cloud Services (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS)
  • Die Fähigkeit effektive Geschäftsbeziehungen zu allen Stakeholdern rund um die Architektur aufzubauen und zu pflegen
  • Kenntnisse über das IT Service Management und das ITIL-Prozessmodel
