The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations and success of the retail store. This role ensures the store is well-stocked, clean, and provides excellent customer service while managing financial transactions.    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  * Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.  * Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring supply.  * Ensure the store remains clean and organized.  * Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.  * Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.  * Develop, lead & support Sales Associates  All activities will be performed in support of the strategy and vision of the organization.
